Edo State Elections Petition Tribunal sitting in Benin City today dismissed petition filed by Henry Osobase Okpamen of the APC challenging the victory of member representing Esan North East Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, Igbas Ezehi of the PDP.
The tribunal also upheld the victory of member representing Orhionmwon East Constituency one at the Edo State House of Assembly, Nosayaba Okunbor against petitioner, Martins Erhabor of the PDP.
