36-year-old Kimberly Jackson, was arrested in a Norfolk, Virginia strip mall parking lot for being drunk in public after doing the deed for all to see.
Her reason for the extreme public display of affection -- alcohol. what thrills me is that her boyfriend was unconscious even though she was in the mood, biko can't you hold yourself instead of doing it on the street, she confessed that she wasn't into some public sex stuff but she couldn't control herself on this. She's soon be charged though.
